Steve was super attentive, great attention to detail, and also a great listener. I really appreciated the technique analysis to understand what my body was doing while running. I have much better body awareness as a result of this session. I'm also very grateful for the advise for which exercises and stretches to do to improve running technique and speed - this was very new to me, and very helpful.

These sessions have been very much valuable to me in making progress from a long plateau in my running. I found it all beneficial from the theory of what I am are trying to achieve to how the session will help me get there. Steve is a wealth of knowledge and experience and he has given me some sound advice from running form to stretching and strength building exercises. Steve identified the reasons why my parkrun had plateaued (and if I am honest going backwards) - he gave me some solutions which I am working on and grateful for. The sessions were very challenging yet achievable - a perfect balance to go away feeling a sense of achievement and progress.
I am pleased to report that from my parkrun slipping towards 22 minutes I am now back well under 21 minutes.

I saw Steve for a 2 hour session and we managed to correct years of running, almost instantaneously! Through his expert knowledge yet gentle teaching style, Steve was able to quickly diagnose some small bad habits that were hampering my goals. We went through the correct stretches and warm ups before he had me perform a series of short drills all the while recording my motion. Afterwards he presented me with a fully edited video with voice over from the session, a training plan and a super clever excel spread sheet to use in order to improve my times over key distances. I'm already running quicker, safer and more efficiently in only a few weeks. I'll be back, He's not Steve anymore, he's Coach!
