- A four week training plan based around your goal and lifestyle
- Advice on strength & conditioning
- Advice on nutrition
- A collaborative online Excel based training diary for us both to use
- Regular feedback on progress and adjustments made to the plan if and when required
- Email and telephone support
- Analysis of your sessions using activity trackers such as Strava, Garmin.
How much does it cost?
All of this costs just £40 for a 4 week block. You will find it hard to get this level of coach support anywhere else for just £10 per week.
